5 Ways to See Add-On Clients When Your Schedule is Jam-Packed

Veterinary teams are feeling more overwhelmed than ever before, and there’s nothing more frustrating for a pet owner than not being able to see their veterinarian when their pet needs them.

This course will help busy veterinary professionals learn how to improve client experiences and patient care by accepting same-day appointments, even when there doesn’t seem to be any time slots left to fill.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Get key staff members (including veterinarians) to work to the top of their skill set

  • Use two-way digital messaging (telemedicine) for easy tasks to keep clients out of your practice

  • Encourage and implement drop-off exams

  • Run your schedule, don’t let it run you

  • Automate whenever possible
